Zukie is the Chief Executive Officer for Thebe Capital, which houses strategic investments in companies like Shell SA, Altech Netstar, Vodacom, Combined Motor Holdings, and Safripol. She has diverse professional experience in areas such as finance, corporate governance, strategy, restructuring, investment management, business development, sales and distribution.

Prior to joining Thebe, Zukie held various senior positions such as Barclays Africa Group Holding inlcuding CFO for Wealth Management and COO for Africa Finance.
