Erikka knuti biography

Erikka Knuti is the Director of Communications at the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) under the Biden-Harris Administration. In this capacity, she leads OPM’s effort to communicate policies and services that support America’s high quality, trusted civilian workforce as well as inform the public of the Agency's work to recruit and retain a talented federal workforce that’s serving the country and building a better and brighter future for all.

Before joining OPM, Erikka was Director of Strategic Communications for the largest private sector union in the United States, the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union (UFCW).

She provided strategic counsel for high-profile contract negotiations and organizing campaigns. As a spokesperson for the UFCW, she promoted the value essential workers in grocery, meatpacking, food processing, and retail sectors provide their economy and communities in the media.
